Nutrition, cont. – Food Lists & Meal Plans

By now, you should have completed three weeks of The 30-day Richard Osborn Challenge! How are you doing? Please check in, in the Adventist Vegetarian Diabetics Facebook group (if you’re not a member, please consider joining!).

Adventist Vegetarian Diabetics group members sometimes ask for sample menus and meal plans suitable for diabetics. There is certainly no one best menu/meal plan that works equally well for everyone! However, I did find a few resources that may be helpful in planning your diabetes menus and meal plans. You can find some of these listed in https://adventistvegetariandiabetics.com/other-resources/recipes/meal-plans-menus/.

However, for a truly customized food list and meal plan, you should consider creating your own. Full instructions are given at https://adventistvegetariandiabetics.com/getting-started/learn-about-diabetes/8-laws-of-health/n-nutrition/food-lists-meal-plans/.

Finally, if all this is too much work or too confusing for you, just start with our Low-carb Food List for Diabetics 210310 (downloadable PDF file).

Consider getting the Kindle or paperback format of our new book, Adventist Vegetarian Diabetics!
