  • Have at least five (5) servings of low-carb vegetables (with meals and snacks)
  • Replace one (1) highly refined processed food with each vegetable added

  • Cucumber
  • Green beans
  • Green bell pepper
  • Kale
  • Lettuce

  • Swiss chard
  • Zucchini/yellow summer squash
