- Review your January hydration goals and strategies
- Half your body weight in lbs. = ounces of water. Example: 150 lbs = 75 oz. water/day (9+ glasses of water)
Every May, the North Coast County Water District (Pacifica, California) celebrates “National Drinking Water Awareness Month.” This is to promote awareness of water conservation, particularly in California, having experienced several years of drought. But it’s also a good time to re-evaluate your own water drinking practices.
