NO BAKE LEMON PIE
Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust (low-carb recipe)
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk (low-carb recipe)
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed, if possible, takes 4-5 medium lemons)

Directions:

  1. Pour two cups of sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir.
  3. Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for a couple hours.
  4. Whipped cream for garnish (for low-carb, use plain unsweetened whipped heavy cream).
