Exercise, Law of Health #2

By now, you should have completed The 30-day Richard Osborn Challenge! How did you do? Please check in, in the Adventist Vegetarian Diabetics Facebook group (if you’re not a member, please consider joining!).

And now that you have completed The 30-day Richard Osborn Challenge, this is a good time to review the Law of Health #2, Exercise. By now, you should be well established in daily exercise (one of the 5 Essential Habits). It can be walking, running, biking, swimming, or any other exercise that you enjoy enough to do every single day. We recommend a minimum of 30 minutes every day, and it can be done in 2 or 3 sessions, if you prefer. You can measure your exercise in minutes of time, in the number of steps, or in distance (miles, city blocks, etc.).

Please review Exercise, Law of Health #2.
