Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. organic firm silken tofu (12 oz.)
- 2 T. cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ t. Himalayan pink salt
Instructions:
- In a blender or mini food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Add additional lemon juice or salt, to taste, if needed.
