  • 1 pkg. organic firm silken tofu (12 oz.)
  • 2 T. cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ t. Himalayan pink salt


  1. In a blender or mini food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add additional lemon juice or salt, to taste, if needed.
