Please feel free to access my personal online cookbook (Mom J’s Cookbook). Most of my recipes are low-carb, high-fat, moderate-protein, because that’s what has worked best for me to keep my weight and my blood glucose under control. Recipes that are not low-carb are, at least, ADA-compliant. Also, not all of my recipes are lacto-ovo vegetarian, though I do have a few vegan recipes and I have some recipes with “clean” meat (beef, chicken, and fish). Many recipes have been adapted from original sources to make them more low-carb friendly, vegetarian-friendly, or just more according to my personal taste and what my family will eat. My recipes and photos are not copyrighted. Please feel free to peruse and share. Just give a link back to Mom J’s Cookbook.
