5 miles to walk (or equivalent exercise), and 5 Essential Habits,
4 approaches to dietary management (choosing the best one for me!),
3 servings of non-starchy green vegetables,
2 eggs from organic, cage-free, pasture-raised chickens,
And a plan to eliminate my hyperinsulinemia
with an avocado tree.
