Motivation vs. Information

Diabetes is a tough disease. Not only having it, but trying to actually make sense of it in the vast morass of bad advice dished out by media, government, nonprofits, Big MED, and Big PHARMA is overwhelming. YOU know about ketogenic diets for diabetics. But the POWERS THAT BE say something different. They tell diabetics to eat 45-65% of their calories from SUGAR and cover that with insulin. That is utter madness.

So when you show up and tell a diabetic that a ketogenic diet can reverse their diabetes, put it into remission, and prevent any further damage from life-threatening diabetic complications…you sort of expect some thanks, right? But how often does that happen? Rarely, if ever.

This is NOT an issue with the information.

  • This IS an issue of MOTIVATION.
  • This IS an issue of BELIEF.

The information is one tiny piece of the puzzle. The MOST important thing is the BELIEF and MOTIVATION. You’ve got to help the diabetic BELIEVE a ketogenic diet can help them and get MOTIVATED to make the switch.
