Air is essential for life! You can get exercise, fresh air, and sunshine all at the same time on your daily walk! Even on days when it really is too cold or too wet to walk outdoors, you can stand outside your front or back door and take several good, deep breaths.
Anytime, indoors or outdoors, you can practice mindful breathing, which will fill your body with needed oxygen and will help to relax you and reduce stress.
