How is sleep related to diabetes?

How long should I sleep?

Is it possible to sleep too long?

For the answers to these questions and more, please read “Get Adequate Sleep.” Once you figure out what the optimum amount of sleep is for you, then strive to get that amount every night if at all possible. Try to go to bed and get up at approximately the same time every day, even on weekends.

NOTE: We are in the process of moving the Adventist Vegetarian Diabetics™ blog to its own domain (adventistvegetariandiabetics.com) instead of a subdomain to Hegarty Services (adventistvegetariandiabetics.hegartyservices.com). We hope to have this completed by the first week in May. So we are asking you to please subscribe to this blog at https://adventistvegetariandiabetics.com/blog-posts/ before that time.
