This is still Thanksgiving weekend! How did you do with YOUR Thanksgiving dinner? Did you have vegan or vegetarian food or Adventist non-vegetarian? Did you eat only low-carb foods even if others at your table ate high-carb foods? Or did you eat foods for the holiday that you would not ordinarily eat during the rest of the year? And did you take a nice long walk after Thanksgiving dinner? Or did you sit and watch football?
If you “fell off the wagon” for Thanksgiving, please do not be too hard on yourself. Just dust off your boots and get back on!
