April is National Stress Awareness Month. Evaluate what might be causing stress in your life, either good stress or bad stress, and consider ways that you can deal with it. This is a good time to re-read the following article:

For some, stress levels are reduced when they separate themselves from organized religion. Others reduce stress levels by immersing themselves in spiritual practices. All diabetics, whether or not they believe in a god, need to reduce stress levels in their life as much as possible, because stress is the #1 non-food factor in high blood sugar.
