It’s a good idea to take a look back between Christmas and New Year’s and take time to write down things you’d like to see happen in the coming year. Don’t make resolutions, which can easily be broken in a few weeks. Instead, set goals/objectives and develop strategies/tactics.
To keep it simpler, just ask yourself, “What do I want to accomplish?” and “What can I do to accomplish it?” You can succeed in reaching your goals this year! But you must define your goals/objectives and develop strategies/tactics, whether simple or complex. And you only have to do it one day at a time. Starting today.
Finally, the real secret to success is what Ellen White wrote:
“Surrender all your plans to [God], to be carried out or given up as His providence shall indicate.” https://whiteestate.org/devotional/hb/05_06/
